This authorization must be completed by the Credit Cardholder, for security over the booking and registration information required by the Tangalooma Resort, as you are staying in their resort.

Once we receive the the Tangalooma Villa 19 Registration form back and final installment is paid, we will forward your “Letter of Introduction” to you, it includes all details of your stay.
We like to have this letter to you no later than 7 – 10 days before your arrival at the Resort.
If you have booked direct with us, on return of this completed form, you will receive a text from our payment gateway with a payment link.
Deposit is via Credit Card, Final payment can be made by cash, direct Deposit or Credit Card (2.2% fee applies)

Villa is set up with linen for 4 people, extra linen is at extra cost.

The Resort requires that we notify their management of names and numbers of people staying in private accommodation for security purposes.

If a guest is not listed on this registration, they can not stay in the villa.

Due to Health of following guests, you are not permitted to bring your own bedding linen.
